Dr. Lukasik received her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Washington State University, where she was awarded the Outstanding Senior Student in Medicine and Surgery Following a residency at Cornell University she became a Diplomate the American College of Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia (DACVAA) in 1997. She has received advanced training in cardiothoracic anesthesia and has provided anesthetic care for high risk dental patients for more than twenty years working with numerous boarded veterinary dentists around the globe. Dr Lukasik's experience with dentistry patients is unmatched and she is creating this course specifically for veterinarians in general practice that wish to manage every dentistry patient with the confidence and knowledge to provide maximum anesthetic safety.
